Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in disqualification from the sweepstakes and restriction from future participation.
Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of United States, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Trocas Perronas are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Purchase Entry: To enter the contest by making a purchase, visit our website at lastrocasperronas.com and complete a transaction for any of the eligible products listed. Each purchase automatically grants you 1-10 entry/entries into the contest.
Free Entry by Mail: To enter the contest without making a purchase, you may enter by mail. To do so, handwrite your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3×5 index card. Place the index card in a standard business envelope, and mail it to: 1443 Old Henderson Rd Columbus Ohio 43220. Each envelope must be mailed separately and will count as one (1) There is no limit to the number of free entries you can submit, but each must be sent in a separate envelope.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified by email or phone.

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Trocas Perronas, which are final and binding in all respects. Trocas Perronas reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Limitation of Liability
Trocas Perronas is not responsible for any errors in the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Trocas Perronas and its affiliates from any liability related to this contest.

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Duplicate or fraudulent orders
If duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions are identified, please contact us immediately. Verified cases may be eligible for correction or refund.
