📄 OFFICIAL RULES – TROCAS PERRONAS SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Taqueria Charritos LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located at 4740 Reed Road Columbus, Ohio 43220, and operating under the brand name Trocas Perronas (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The sweepstakes begins on May 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST and ends on June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Method

Participants may receive entries by purchasing eligible products from our website. The number of entries received will be specified on each product page.

B. Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, participants may [submit a form / mail-in entry].
Mail-in entries must include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 13, 2026 and received by June 19, 2026.

6. ENTRY LIMIT

No limits on entries per person per method unless otherwise specified.

7. PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 winner):
Winner may choose only one of the following options:

  • 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4
  • 2021+ Chevrolet Camaro 2SS + $15,000 USD
  • $50,000 USD cash

Second Prize (1 winner): $5,000 USD
Third Prize (1 winner): $2,000 USD
Fourth–Tenth Prize (7 winners): $250 USD each

Total number of winners: 10

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 7 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. VERIFICATION

Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

11. TAXES

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

14. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

15. WINNER LIST

To request a list of winners, send a request to trocasperronasoficial@gmail.com after the Sweepstakes ends.

16. LANGUAGE DISCLAIMER

In the event of any discrepancy between English and Spanish versions, the English version shall prevail.
